Jason Williams is a veteran instructor and personal trainer. He has spent most of the last decade teaching baseball and softball hitting, defense and baserunning, as well as coaching teams and teaching other coaches.
Coach Williams was an All-State football player, as well as an All-Metro outfielder at Carmel High School in Indiana. He received college scholarship offers to play both sports, but chose baseball at Indiana University. As a Hoosier, he was Defensive Player of the Year 3 years in a row, committing just one error in center field during that time. In addition, he won the Bill Gross Award, given to Big Ten players with highest batting average on their team. He was a co-captain and was selected team MVP his senior season.
A complete coach, Jason is also a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), as well as a NSCA certified personal trainer.
