George Karavidas, Hitting, Pitching, Defense

Coach George is Bash’s most in-demand instructor.

George grew up in the north suburbs of Chicago, playing baseball at Glenbrook South High School and for the prestigious Illinois Indians travel program. As a pitcher and infielder, he grabbed All-Conference honors in 2015.

At Oakton College, George excelled as a hitter and infielder. In 2016 he batted .322 and was named All-Conference after the season.  A series of injuries cut short his college career, but those injuries led him to start giving lessons and helping coach teams.

George teaches hitting, defense and pitching and is a great role model for kids of all ages for his perseverance and mental toughness.

Coach Karavidas also coaches teams in the Bandits travel organization.

George is Blast Motion Certified.
