Bridget Langan - Softball Hitting & Defense

Bridget is from La Grange, IL where she played softball at Lyons Township High School, before continuing her softball career and education at Indiana University. After college Bridget became a teacher and softball coach, where she won 3 sectional titles, plus the 2014 IHSAA 4A State Championship, the first ever for Bloomington High School South. After 10 years in education Bridget left to become a full time coach.
 
Bridget is a high-energy, detail-oriented coach who demands the best from her athletes every session, while keeping the game fun. Her background in K-12 education means that athletes not only learn what they are doing, but why they are doing it, and how it translates to game day.

When Bridget isn’t coaching softball she is a sport performance coach, building stronger, faster, more explosive athletes in all sports.
